Dear Wanda and Rhonda along with Robert. Morgan, and Taylor,

You have my Sincere and Heart Felt Sympathy. Even more so since we are family by marriage to my Dear Brother Carl Douglas.

I would liked to have had the chance to tell my Special Brother Doug how much I have always loved and cared about him. Gave him one more warm hug. Unloaded produce deliveries, then loaded our delivery trucks. It was hard work, we made it through our years. My life in McKenzie began in October 1955 until May 1959. I was able to leave home and get as far as Montgomery. Home is always home even in McKenzie.

Doug was willing to help other people who were sick and unable to take care of things around their home. Especially yard work.
Like me, I don't think he would want to have to pluck and clean a chicken or cleaned out the chicken yard. We have been there and dine that, Easier to cut the grass with a push mower.

Doug has always had a very sensitive heart. No one else knows as well as I do. He has always been there for me and others.

I wanted to post a picture or two of him as we were growing up. . Due to my age and my desktop, I can't figure out how to get a picture to pop-up on this page.

Doug did love his goats and horses. No one could take better care of them than what he had done for so long.

Most of all he loved his family.

I miss my family very much.

GOD Bless You All.

I love you all, Minnie Evelyn

Wanda, Rhonda and family, I am sorry to hear of Doug’s passing and know there are no words to express the emptiness you are feeling. I always enjoyed joking with Doug when I called or visited. It just will not be the same. My heart, thoughts and prayers are with you all. God bless you all. Rita and Alex
