I can remember Melton from riding Lester Hanks bus for so many years..And Lester would always give us a package of gum for the last day of school riding his bus that no other bus drivers gave out^^,..Melton was always so clean-neat and always being different from others like others would be wearing short hair but Melton would have those long brown locks that I wish I could have had because few like us who loved the Beatles-Herman and the Hermits-The Monkey s and of course Mr. Spock of Star Trek^^,
Melton always loved SF....He had books to read on SF things.....I mean books for Education but then he also has his Comic Books and he was always learning new things that I didn't even know what he would be talking about...
As the years came and went the more and more I became impressed with his seeking out knowledge-learning new things....I don't know the things that happen in his life but over time I wished that he had become a Scientist because he so loved it and has so much passion about it...I wish you had had the chance to become one because you would have been a great one.....
