Mr. Spikes is survived by his daughters: Megan Rhodes (Lewis), Amy Spikes, Angela Spikes, Katelyn Spikes, and Charles Smith; siblings: Daniel Spikes (Shiely), Linda Spikes (Carl), David Spikes (Sheryl); papa to many grandchildren, and a loved uncle pin to several nephews & nieces.
Mr. Spikes is preceded in death by his parents: James & Virginia Spikes; sister Beck Spikes.
