Jack was born February 6, 1930 in Banner County to Howard and Connie (Anderson) Faden. He received his education from the Banner County Schools at Harrisburg, and was a rancher/farmer all his life. He married Beverly Klase on August 15, 1948, in Gering, Nebraska, and they made their home on the family ranch in Banner County.
Survivors include his children, Joette Wells, John (Daria) Faden II, Mark (Sandy) Faden, Jan Bloyd, and Eilene (Kevin) Reiber; 7 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, who raised him, his parents, and his wife.
