Dominion

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Danny Ferguson on October 5, at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital with family at his side. Born in Glace Bay he was the son of the late Harold & Viola (MacIntosh) Ferguson. Danny was employed at Wal-Mart for seven years and at Milnes IGA for over 24 years and Sterling IGA for a short time also worked at several call center. Danny was a free an independent spirit and was known to have a dry sense humor. Danny loved his dog Tippy He was a former member of Chalmers United Church, Dominion.

Surviving are his brother Johnny, Dominion.

Predeceased by parents

Cremation has taken place under the direction of Patten Funeral Home 71 union Street Glace Bay.

Memorial service for Danny will be held in Patten Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday October 9,2013.at 2pm with Rev. Clayton Austin officiating. Reception to follow, burial at later date. Donation may be made to the local SPCA.
