Mrs Irene Isobel Adams Roland

on April 21 2011, at the Glace Bay Health Care Complex, Born in Glace bay she was the

daughter of the late Olive (Adams) Grant and Willams Adams. Irene belong to St. Timmothy,

ACW, Aftec, Girl guide of Canada As a girl and adult member also belong to Aypa of St. Mary's Anglican

Church.

In her younger years she taught as a teacher at Millcreek school, Sterling school, and Westmount School

She was member of St. Mary's Anglican Church

Surviving are her husband Wesley of 52 years , also surviving are her daugther Jean(Noel Bramwell)

Glace Bay, Sons Ross (Paula ) Glace Bay, Robert , Glace Bay, also surviving are sister in law Marie MacMullin

Truro, Annie Mae Fitzgerald, Millcreek. brother in law George (Helen ) David,Sydney, three grandchildren

Daniel (Jackie ) Roland, Pamela (Ben ) Bramwell, Christhoper Roland, and great granddaugther Alexis

Martin, all of Glace Bay.

Predeceased by parents also brother Richard adams, sister in Law Eileen Bonnar ,sister in law

Helen Roland , brother in law Wendell Roland, Step father William Grant.

Visation for the late Irene Isobel Roland Saturday 7-9, Sunday 2-4 & 7-9

funeral services will be held Monday April 25 at 11 am at St Mary' s Anglican Church

With Rev Vernon Reid and Rev. Judy Phillips Officiating , with burial at later date
