Very sincere condolences to family. Blair was a very good friend during my years growing up in Number 11 and later when we reunited in Toronto. When I heard the news of his passing my mind went back to the summer when he came home on leave and I saw him in his Black Watch uniform. I WAS SO INCREDIBLY PROUD OF HIM. That moment is how I will remember him. God bless you buddy. See you later.

Jim and I will always remember the many visits and meals together at yours & cousin Marlene’s home and at our home when Mar came up to Halifax for hospital/Doctors appointments. We will especially remember your jokes and the laughs. We have shared so many family moments and memories these past 50 years. Until we meet again Blair “Bear”, Rest In Peace.

Marlene and family. We were so sorry to hear of Blair’s passing. He was a good friend to our father (Cliff Mills). He was always smiling and laughing when he would come to our house. They were both so handy and between the two of them had pretty much any part or tool to fix anything that need fixing.
He always spoke of you and his girls with love and pride.

With all our sympathy, Chrissie and Sylvia Mills and Betty Boutilier
