Alberta Marie Tomlin

Alberta Marie Tomlin, 78, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away peacefully on June25, 2018. She was born in Parkville, Missouri on August 6, 1939 to Carl and Alice Holsted, and she had four siblings. Alberta was a hardworker, owning her own janitorial business with her husband for a number of years. She loved gardening, fishing, and shopping. Alberta was a fantastic cook, family will remember her for her chicken noodles and she would often watch cooking shows on TV especially Pioneer Woman. She was a very faithful Christian woman and could often be found watching Jimmy Swagert of TV.

Alberta is preceded in death by her husband of many years Charles Allen Tomlin, both her parents, and her brother Lloyd.

Alberta is survived by her children Donald Allen (Patty) Tomlin, Randall Dale Tomlin, Robert James Tomlin, Tina Marie Tomlin, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Family will receive visitors on Saturday, June 30 from 9 to 10 am, funeral service will start at 10 am and burial will follow directly after all at White Chapel Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers please send memorial contributions to Phoenix Home Care and Hospice or to the family.
