Barbara Ann Harper, 56, born February 25, 1960 passed away surrounded by loved ones in her home on September 1, 2016. Barbara was born to Charlie and Eliza Harper, whom both she was preceded in death by, as well as her lifetime partner and father to 4 of her children, John Joseph Liell, Sr. Despite her illness and blindness, Barbara was the best mother and always showed unconditional love. Barbara was someone who you could take all your hopes, dreams, and fears to. She is a timeless beauty. From her, you learned a love where judgment has no place, just love. She gave this priceless gift to many and touched every soul she knew. Barbara loved to spend time with her family, including all of the animals, which she loved so dearly. She loved having conversations with all of her friends. She was so easy to talk to. She impacted so many lives and her story will continue to do so. Barbara is survived by her five children, Lonnie Lee Wells, John Joseph, Jr., Jacop Daniel, Amy Jean and Angela Eliza Liell; one granddaughter, Loveanna Lou; and many lifetime friends, including, Jeani, Phyllis, Judy and Kat. She will never be forgotten. Her spirit lives on, strong, in all of us.
