Bill "Bj" Bly Jr.

BJ, 45, of Kansas City, MO passed away on September 29, 2018 at his home. BJ was born September 24, 1973 to William, Sr. and Dianna (Stumph) Eastin in North Kansas City, MO.

Survivors include his mother, Dianna (Parker) Eastin; his father, William, Sr. (Kimberly); daughter, Heather Nicole; sisters, Melanie and Veronica.
