Brenda K. Justice, age 86, passed away on September 15, 2026. She was born on March 15, 1940, in Sterling, Kansas. Her parents were G. Marvin Miller (Irene Miller) and Willetta "Billie" Gibbs (Glenn Gibbs). She attended North Kansas City High School where she met her high school sweetheart, Leon. They graduated together in 1958 and were married on November 28th of the same year and were married 68 happy years.
Brenda was a dedicated stay at home Wife and Mother who spent her time taking care of others, including dozens of foster children over the years. After raising her young family, she started and ran a thriving home-cleaning business. The most important thing to her was family, and her favorite hobbies were reading her Bible, painting, singing, traveling with her husband, and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a woman of great faith. She was very active in her church and church family.
She will be remembered for her huge heart, kindness, thoughtfulness, her beautiful voice, her hugs, and her devotion to her family and God.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Bruce; her sister, Lois; her son, Bill, and her Husband, Leon.
She is survived by her children, Rob (Paula) Justice, Randy (Heidi) Justice, Tamey Perryman, and Dan (Jane) Justice; her grandchildren, Jesse, Kaci, Brittany, Joel, Tiffani, Alex, Jacob, Taylor, and Hunter; and her 14 great-grandchildren.
A visitation will take place on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 11 AM, followed by a funeral service at 12 PM. Brenda’s final resting place will be in White Chapel Cemetery.
