Carl, 89, of Gladstone, Missouri has met the Lord with open arms on Dec. 31, 2015. Born October 7, 1926 to Ben and Rose Ferrara in KC, MO. Carl married Virginia Martino in July of 1945 and was a lifelong resident of the KC area. He enjoyed bowling, dancing, his lake property, visiting with his coworkers and sharing the love with his family. Carl was preceded in death by his parents and wife Virginia, sister Angeline and brother Michael. Survivors include his 3 children, Charles (Pam), Sharon (Mike) Burr, and Robert (Christy), brother Dominic, 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be 9 AM Wednesday January 6, 2016 at St. Charles Catholic Church with burial to follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends from 5-7 PM Tuesday January 5, 2016 at White Chapel Funeral Home; Rosary at 5:00. Memorials are suggested to St. Jude’s.
