I was shocked and saddened to hear of Cheryl’s passing. I knew when I left the RVP position for Council 220 that I was leaving the region in good hands. Cheryl was not just a sister in the Union, but my good friend. I’ll always treasure my road trips to KC when we would enjoy a drink (or two) or dinner and the many training sessions and conventions we attended. She was always a friendly sounding board when I needed one whether it was work or personal. My prayers go out to Tom, her family and friends. Rest In Peace my friend.

Cheryl,
Although I didn't make it there until after they said you were gone, I was told you may still be able to hear. So I hope if you didn't hear me say "you are loved" that you knew. Many people including me, will miss you. Thanks for everything.

Cheryl,
You were a great person and your time with us was too short. I'm sure the Military Order of the Cooties Auxiliary will definitely feel the great hole left in their organization as we will in the District 3 VFW Auxiliary.

My prayers and sincere condolences to TJ and the rest of your family during this time. May they find comfort and peace in remembering times spent with you and solace knowing you are no longer in pain or discomfort and have received your reward for all your hard work here on Earth. May you be received with open arms and the greetings of, "Well done, now rest.".
