Daniel Lawrence Mears passed away on Monday, July 6, 2026 at his home in Kansas City, MO. He was born on December 2, 1961 in Cedar Rapids to Patricia Gorman.
Daniel was the beloved husband of Jolene Mears for 44 years. He was the loving father of Sean Mears, Amber Mears, and Amanda Mears. Daniel was the proud grandfather of Magnus Mears, Carter Mahoney, and Daniel Borkowski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
