Daniel D. O'Dell

Daniel D. O’Dell, 55, of Kansas City, MO passed away May 7, 2016. Daniel was born on May 25, 1960 in Omaha Nebraska to Marvin and Connie O'Dell. He was a longtime resident of Kansas City, Missouri. He graduated from Oak Park High School in 1978, and has continued earning degrees in the marine technical field. He served in the U.S. Army from 1978-1980. He has worked as a Marine Technician for 35 years. He also served as a volunteer firefighter for the City of Brimingham, MO. Dan enjoyed riding his Harleys, boating, riding dirt bikes, and playing his drums in his band and at home. He loved spending time with family and friends. His motorcycle trips with his "Lifetime Partner in Crime", his twin brother, Dave. Dan was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. He loved and cherished "All HIS GIRLS". Dan will be FOREVER in our hearts and FOREVER missed!!!!! Preceded in death: Both his parents, grandparents, niece, aunts and uncles. Survivors: Wife, Christi O'Dell; daughters, Stephanie O'Dell-Roark, Danielle O'Dell-Bradbury, Christa O'Dell and Cassidy O'Dell; granddaughters, Kaylee, Abby, Ava, Emma and Olivia; brothers, his twin, David O'Dell, Chuck O'Dell and Shawn O'Dell; and nieces and nephews. Services will be at 1:00pm on Thursday at White Chapel Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00pm on Wednesday, at the funeral home.
