Debbie Lynn Jeans

Mrs. Debra “Debbie” Jeans Persinger, age 57, passed away on May 4th, 2022, with her beloved family at her side. Debbie was born on October 19, 1964 in Smithville, Missouri to Mary Clark and Leroy Persinger. Debbie married Jon with her two children, Amanda Driskell and Josh Persinger by their side in 1996. Over the next couple years, Debbie and Jon had two children together, Abby and JonEmmett Jeans. Her children remember her kind and generous heart the most. Debbie Spent 39 years working in aviation and was beloved by many. She is preceded in death by her sister Penny and her father Leroy Persinger. Debbie is survived by her mother Mary Clark, husband Jon Jeans, her loving children Josh, Amanda, Abby, and Jon, as well as her grandkids Aiden and Ava. Visitation is scheduled for 1 pm at Newcomer’s White Chapel Funeral Home, with a Celebration of Life to follow at 2 pm. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Debbie's life. The family would like to thank the many doctors and nurses at KU Hospital for their care.
