Donna May Graves, 78, of Holt, MO, passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2015. She was born October 7, 1936 in San Francisco, CA to Donald and Myrtle McAlister. Donna enjoyed being surrounded by family, getting lost in a good book or movie, and reminiscing about time spent with her beloved family and friends. Donna was a loving and devoted wife to the late Billy Graves. She was a mother to Donna (George) Schmidt, Bonnie (Tom) Caywood, Robin (Rick) Hussey and Billy Graves. She was a grandmother to Brian Schmidt, Adam (Olya) Schmidt, Garrett (Betti) Caywood, Valera Caywood, Steven (Nichole) Hussey, Summer (Charles) Monk, Richard (Abbey) Hussey and Jeremy Graves. Donna was also proud to be a great grandmother of 13. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy; sister, Mary Loftus and her parents, Donald and Myrtle. Visitation will be held Sunday, March 15, 2015 from 5-7:00 pm at D.W. Newcomer’s Sons White Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, March 16 at 2:00 pm at the funeral home, 6600 NE Antioch Rd, Gladstone, MO 64119.
