Donna M. Maysent

Donna met Charles Wayne Maysent at the Denison Roller Skating Rink. They were married in Omaha, Nebraska on July 11, 1950. Donna and Charles farmed for 19 years on the family farm near Kirkman, Iowa. They were married for 71 years, until his passing in 2021. She was the loving mother of son Wendele Maysent (Susan) of Ames, Iowa, daughter Sheryl McTaggart (the late, Kevin) of Lincoln, Nebraska, son Scott Maysent (Barb) of Belton, Missouri, son Nicki Maysent (Pam) of Kansas City, Missouri, and daughter Heidi Brown (Kirk) of Kearney, Missouri. Donna was the proud grandmother of 15 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren. She is survived by her younger sister Marlene Munson (Butch), and nieces and nephews.

Donna with her husband volunteered for Meals-on-Wheels for 27 years and numerous other charities. They were active members of North Cross United Methodist Church for over 50 years.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Funeral Service at White Chapel Funeral Home, 6600 NE Antioch Rd., Gladstone, MO 64118 on Friday, November 7, 2025 at 2:00 PM with Visitation from 1:00 PM until service time.
