She was born on August 25, 1952, in San Rafael, California, the daughter of Arleigh Rolland and Hildegard Katherine (Brunke) Sewell.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arleigh and Hildegard Sewell; her son, David, and one brother, Ralph.
Edie is survived by her husband, Danny Eccles; three children Brian, Michael and Sara; and eight grandchildren.
