ELMER “BILL” MILLS, JR. Bill, 85, of Kansas City, MO went to be with his Lord on Thursday, March 12, 2015, surrounded by his family. Born May 17, 1929 in Wakenda, MO to Elmer and Martha Mills. Bill retired in the mid 80’s as a Business Agent and President of Local 838 Teamsters in Kansas City. Survivors include his daughter, Deborah; granddaughter, Tammy; step granddaughter, Megan; grandson, Bill; 2 great grandsons, Garrett and Collin; 1 great granddaughter, Sierra. Memorial Services are set for 11 AM, Thursday, March 19, 2015 at White Chapel with inurnment following in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
