Evelyn J. Acton, 82, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away October 9, 2018. Evelyn was born on July 1, 1936 in Kansas City, MO, to Erich and Anna Walthers. She married her husband, Albert, on February 18, 1955 and they enjoyed 63 years together. During that time they welcomed 2 children, Wanda and John.

Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband; daughter, Wanda; and grandson, Eric. She is survived by son, John and granddaughters, Nikki and Jesse.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 16, from 1-2 pm at White Chapel Funeral Home with funeral services starting at 2 pm. Burial will follow at White Chapel Cemetery.
