She was born February 22, 1985, in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of David and Debbie (Hart) Van Noy. On May 31, 2008, Gina married her soulmate, Zach Leo.
Before moving to Florida, Gina built a thriving home-organization business, Sunny Spaces, where she worked as the founder and lead organizer. She poured her creativity and love into transforming homes into places of peace and beauty, and she continued building Sunny Spaces after she and Zach relocated to Florida in 2021.
Her family and friends knew her as a radiant, kind, and soulful presence who encouraged everyone to live from their hearts and pursue their dreams. She filled every room with laughter, light, and an ease that made others feel instantly at home. Gina was accomplished at creating sacred, organized spaces and often shared her gifts of design and devotion through her work and her writing. She was a generous and intuitive individual who loved helping others feel at home in their lives and was passionate about inspiring women to embody their truest selves.
Gina is survived by her husband, Zach Leo; her parents, David and Debbie Van Noy; her siblings, David Van Noy, Heidi Van Noy, and Lindsey Volz; and many beloved family, friends, clients, and community members whose lives were touched by her love.
In lieu of flowers, the greatest way to honor Gina is to carry forward her legacy of kindness, joy, and unconditional love.
The family would like to thank everyone who has shared prayers, memories, and support during this time of deep grief and remembrance.
A visitation for Gina will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, at White Chapel Funeral Home, 6600 NE Antioch Road, Gladstone, Missouri, 64119, with the funeral beginning at 4:00 PM.
