He was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Elizabeth Self and his grandparents, Glenn and Mildred Self.
He is survived by his brother, William Lawrence, his uncle and aunt Joseph and Ziva Self, his uncle and aunt Chuck and Ann Self along with his cousins Ashley and Travis Self. He is also survived by his many friends he made over the years.
He was loved and will be missed by all.
