Jayne was born on September 28, 1947, in Omaha, Nebraska to Edward and Jane Morgan.
After Jayne received her GED, she went on to further her education. She attended classes at Maple Woods Community College to become certified as a paralegal assistant. After graduating from college, she received a position as a legal assistant with a reputable Law Firm in the Kansas City area. She worked at that law firm for an extended period of time.
Jayne is preceded in death by her husband, Rusty Saighman; her son, Gary Jr.; her daughter, Donna Jayne Bingham and granddaughter, Kristina Leigh Duncan.
Family and friends are all invited to attend and celebrate Jayne's life on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at White Chapel Funeral Home, 6600 NE Antioch Road, Gladstone, Missouri, 64119. The day will begin with a Celebration of Life Service at 10:00 AM, concluding with the graveside burial.
