She was born June 6, 1947, in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of Gene and Pauline (Spencer) Caruthers. Joyce graduated from Rosedale High School.
Joyce married Aaron Lowe on June 27, 1979, and made their home in Kansas City, Missouri.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Pauline Spencer; and one son, Frank Joseph Wolfgeher III.
Joyce is survived by her husband, Aaron Lowe, of the home; one daughter, Belinda Murry; six grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
Visitation for Joyce will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2023 from 10:00 AM to Noon, at White Chapel Funeral Home, 6600 NE Antioch Rd, Gladstone, Missouri.
