Judy was born October 10, 1946 in St. Joe, Missouri to Roy, Jr. and Katherine Spurgeon. Her siblings remember her as a loving and caring person, stepping in when their mother needed assistance. Judy was a very faithful employee of Sunshine Biscuits (later Kellogg) retiring in 2003. She was an avid reader and going to see movies. She had a strong interest in her nieces & nephews and great nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed.
Preceded in death her parents; step-father, Justin “Butch” Brungardt; her 1st husband, Don Nelson; her 2nd husband, Bill Douglas; brothers, William “Bill” Spurgeon, III; Michael Spurgeon.
Survivors include her siblings, Mary (Bob) Pope, Jackie Spurgeon, Steve Spurgeon, Cindy (Randy) Long; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.
