With profound sadness and deep gratitude for a life well lived, we celebrate the life of Judy A. Johnson, who passed away August 3rd, 2026. She was the daughter of John and Dorothy Mehl of Big Rapids, Michigan.
Judy embraced life with an adventurous spirit and an open heart. She loved to travel, meeting new people, and experiencing the beauty the world had to offer. Every journey became a treasured memory for both her and those she traveled with.
Judy was remarkably organized, with natural gift for making life run smoothly. She will be remembered for her generous heart, warm smile, thoughtful nature, and her ability to make everyone feel welcome.
Above all, Judy's greatest joy was her family and friends. Her son Jeff was her priority and was also blessed with a small circle of friends who became like family over the years. Judy cherished the lifelong bond she shared with her sisters. Together, they shared a lifetime of memories, love, and understanding that only sisters can know.
Judy is survived by her son Jeff Johnson (Charmae); sisters Towna Aris (Roger), Vicki Olson, and special friend Stefanie McWhorter and nephews Nick, Joe, and Roger.
She was preceded in death by her parents John and Dorothy Mehl, and brother-in-law Dale.
Judy's celebration of life will be held Thursday, August 6th at White Chapel Funeral Home at 6600 Northeast Antioch Road Gladstone, Missouri 64119 from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
