Lil was born on February 16th, 1952 in Bay City, Michigan to Wilma and Fred Reckman. She was a graduate from Bay City Central High School. Lili married Rodger Jezowski Sr. on February 9th, 1981 in Bay City, Michigan and together they joined her family in Kansas City, Missouri where they established their life.
Lili’s passion was family and it was evident throughout her life that family is what mattered most. She dedicated herself to keeping loved ones close through keeping traditions alive. She has commonly been known as the “glue” that held everyone together. She had a soft spot for kids and spent many years babysitting loved ones children. To know her was to know unconditional love.
Lili is survived by the true love of her life Rodger Jezowski, Sr; her children: Kristi (Gary) McCoy, Rodger Jr. (Karen) Jezowski; her grandchildren: Austin McCoy, Connor McCoy, Ashton Jezowski, Nick Jezowski, and Jax McCoy; her siblings: Russ Reckman; Don Reckman, Toni Shapiro, and Rich Snyder. She also leaves behind countless nieces/nephews, cousins, and family members.
Lili was preceded in death by her mother: Wilma Snyder; her step-father: Robert Wright, her sister: Diane Rodriguez
