Lillian was preceded in death by her husbands, John Harter and Harold Belcher as well as her partner, Thomas Long.
Lillian is survived by her son, Michael Harter and his wife Brenda, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Celebration of Life will be Thursday August 31, 2023 at 1:30 PM with a visitation from 1-1:30 PM at White Chapel Funeral Home.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the Villages of Jackson Creek Memory Care staff and nurses and to the Harbor Hospice staff, nurses and volunteers for the exceptional care they provided.
