A wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. Marcia was born November 4, 1952 in Kansas City, and graduated from Park Hill High School in 1970. Marcia then graduated from UMKC in 1986 with a Master’s degree in education. She held various teaching positions, but was happiest working for Park Hill High School as an administrative assistant for 14 years. Retiring on June 1, 2019. Marcia was married over 50 years to the love of her life, Bill.
Marcia is survived by her Husband Bill, Daughter Meredith Sears, and Son-in-law Doug Sears, Grandson's Silas and Harrison.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother James and Dorothy Scott and her brother Dennis Scott.
Visitation and Celebration of life for Marcia will be 2-4 PM on Saturday, June 3rd 2023 at White Chapel Funeral Home 6600 NE Antioch Road, Gladstone MO 64119.
