She was born in Kansas City, Missouri on December 31, 1921, t Elmer and Essie Anawalt. Mary graduated from Northeast High School. She was married to Donald Baxter on October 16, 1941, and were later divorced. They had four children. She worked at Mongomery Wards for over 40 years.
Mary was preceded in death by her two sons, David and Donny.
Survivors include her two daughters, Sherry and Cathy (husband, Dennis Moyer); 13 grandchildren; too many great and great-great grandchildren to count.
Visitation will be Thursday, September 12, 2024, from 4-6 PM at White Chapel Funeral Home (6600 NE Antioch Rd Gladstone, Missouri 64119) with a Celebration of Life Service at 6 PM.
Mary will be laid to rest on Friday September 13, 2024, at Mount Washington Cemetery.
