Myril E. Taylor

He was a life-long resident of Kansas City, Missouri. He served in the US Army from 1969 to 1972.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Mary Taylor; his daughter, Connie Taylor; his granddaughter, Emma Taylor-Cartmill of Kansas City, MO; his brother Wayne (Debbie) Taylor of Kansas City, MO; his sister, Sharon Alton of Kansas City, MO; his sister-in-law, Janice Ferrell, of Excelsior Springs, MO; his sister-in-law, Donna Henslee of Kansas City, MO; his brother-in-law, Aubrey (Barbara) Simmons of Kansas City, KS; his brother-in-law, Mark (Jill) Simmons of Parkville, MO.

Preceding him in passing are his son, Myril Gene Taylor; his parents, Gerald and Elsie Taylor; and his brothers, Orville Taylor, Richard Taylor, and Jerry Ferrell Sr.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026 at 2 PM at Barry Cemetery (behind QT) 1327 NW Barry Road, Kansas City, MO 64155.
