June 4, 1949November 18, 2021

Nancy was born June 4, 1949, in Oklahoma City, OK to Charles S. and Marie E. (Longest) Madison. Nancy owned and operated a local business in Tarkio, Missouri when she met Pat whom she later married in 1988.

Nancy would become a licensed Insurance Agent in Kansas City, MO. She took great pride in assisting her clients with difficult decisions and planning for future long term care needs and was passionate about providing peace of mind to the many clients she served.

Nancy was a friend to all and always saw the best in everyone. She was often described as having never met a stranger and was loved by all who knew her. She had an infectious smile and her sunny disposition and positive outlook on life just naturally drew people to her. Nancy was a great supporter of the Kansas City Northland Elks Lodge 2376, working tirelessly behind the scenes to help support their projects and events that assist countless individuals in her community.

Preceded in death her parents; her dear uncle (aunt), Bob (Joann) Longest; and her beloved dog, Auggie.

Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Pat; her daughters, Angela Clinton & Andrea Clinton; her sister, Barbara (Mark Ray) Madison; grandchildren, Michael Kilkenny & Devin Clinton-Ziegler; niece, Marjorie Madison (Robert Day) Day; her great-niece, Laura Day; and great nephew, Owen Day.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at the Kansas City Northland Elks Lodge on December 4, 2021, from 2 PM to 6 PM. The Lodge is located at 7010 North Cherry, Gladstone, Missouri 64118.

In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested that Nancy would be most pleased for you to create a memorable experience with the people you love most in her honor or to make a contribution to the charity of your choice.

I never had the opportunity to get to know Nancy very well...however, when I would walk my dog past their house and she was out, she always was eager to visit and loved our Abby. We thought Auggie was pretty special, too. Love the picture of the two of them!! Nancy will certainly be missed in our neighborhood...our thoughts and prayers are that Pat will find a special peace and comfort in all the memories they made together. Bonnie & Ernie Brown
