Paula Jeanne Ruth

She was born in St. Joseph, Missouri on June 22, 1949, to Willis C. Lollar and Pauline I. Lollar. She graduated from Oak Park High School in 1967 after having her many trials of having her first born Loved Child, Christina S. Hurd (Ruth) in May of 1966. She met and married William R. Ruth in March of 1967, and in 1969 she had her second Loved Child, Richard A. Ruth.

Paula loved working with numbers and was an accountant and sold real estate for many years. Although she struggled many times, she loved everyone and was happy all the time, especially Jesus that gave her the strength; she was there to help anyone that needed it. All her life, she always put others first no matter what happened. She was one of a kind! She loved flowers, birds, her animals, but most of all her family. She enjoyed square dancing, sewing and playing games. Her biggest gift she gave was her love and care for others.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willis C. Lollar and Pauline I. Lollar, husband William R. Ruth, very much loved brothers Byron (Cliff) C. Lollar and Willis (Willie) E. Lollar.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Christina Hurd, and son-in-law Robert; her son, Richard Ruth; and her beloved siblings, Linda M. Brown, Joann D. (Mark) Frazier, and Dennis L. (Angel) Lollar. She also leaves behind a legacy of six grandchildren—Jesse, Scott, Tyler, Brandon, Andrew, and Caylee—and many great-grandchildren, all of whom she loved dearly.
