Rachel I. LeMaster, 35, passed December 1, 2015, surrounded by her family. She was born April 17, 1980 in Greenville, SC. Rachel was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Phelan. She is survived by her husband, Robert; her 3 children, Jordaan, Kandi, and Westyn. A visitation will be from 11:30 am - 1 pm, Friday, December 4, 2015 at White Chapel Funeral Home. Services will follow at 1:00 pm, with burial at East Slope Cemetery, Riverside, MO.
