

He was born on November 18, 1988, in Biloxi, Mississippi on Kessler Air Force Base. Robbie attended Winnetonka High School in Kansas City, Missouri. He was employed at America’s Auto Auction.
Robbie loved watching the Chiefs and the Royal’s games and grilling with his friends. He enjoyed listening to instrumental rock, heavy metal and lately had been starting to listen to country music as well. He also had a big heart for animals.
On his maternal side, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Kenneth and Bernice Carpenter of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; uncle Ken Carpenter of Stockton, California; uncle Billy Meyer II of St. Joseph, Missouri; and cousin Marc Carpenter of St. Joseph, Missouri.
On his paternal side, he was preceded in death by his aunt Kerri Pooler of Kansas City, Missouri; and cousin Jacob Halfmann of Kansas City, Missouri.
Robbie is a beloved father, son, brother and friend. He is survived by his daughter, Zoey L. Dusenbery of Gladstone, Missouri; his parents, Evvamae and Robert Dusenbery of Gladstone, Missouri; his siblings, Amber Dusenbery (Ryan Mapes) of Kansas City, Missouri; Steven Dusenbery of Gladstone, Missouri; Victoria Dusenbery-Spear (Nathan Spear) of Kansas City, Missouri; Evie Dusenbery of Kansas City, Missouri; and many nieces and nephews; his Mimi Christine Utterback of Kansas City, Missouri; his grandfather Poke Dusenbery of Liberty, Missouri; his aunts and uncles, Susan Fults, Jenny Meyer, Brandi and Jeff Norris, Christina Carpenter, Brian Dusenbery and many cousins. He also leaves behind his close friends, Brian Hutsell, Derek Milliman, Mark Osburn, his cat Peaches, and many other wonderful friends.
Robbie’s Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, October 11, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Happy Rock Park (big shelter), 7511 NE Antioch Road, Gladstone, Missouri, 64119.
