Reverend Robert Daniel Miles

Robert was the beloved husband of the late Ettie Alice Miles for 69 years. He was the loving father of Dan Miles of Houston, TX, Judy Miles Greener (Joel) of Brentwood, TN, and the late Robert Alan Miles of Overland Park, KS. Robert was the proud grandfather of Bobby Miles (Jacalyn) of Mount Vernon, IL, James Miles of Houston, TX, Morgan Greener (Makinzi) of Knoxville, TN, Emily Peters (Adam) of Nolensville, TN, and Claire Greener of Brentwood, TN; great-grandfather of Benjamin Miles and Esther Miles, both of Mount Vernon, IL.

In addition to his wife, Ettie Alice, and his son, Alan, he was preceded in death by his parents and all 11 of his older brothers and sisters; Edward, Leonard, Charles, Floyce, Ruth, Helen, Emily, Gladys, Evelyn, Elaine and Gloria.

Robert was a devoted husband, father, pastor and friend. He was a faithful servant of the Lord and devoted his entire life to serving Christ and church ministry, preaching the gospel for over 40 years.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Funeral Service at Linden Baptist Church, 611 NE 69th St Gladstone, MO 64118 on Friday, October 17, 2025, at 11:00 AM with Visitation from 10:00 AM until service time.
