Bob, 85, passed away on October 5, 2018. He was born on April 20, 1933 in Georgia. Bob is survived by his wife of 54 years, Beverly; his sister, Sara; his sons, Dave (Becky) and Mark (Liz) as well as 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
After serving in the US Army he earned a Master’s degree at University of Georgia and worked for the United States Department of Agriculture. He loved a good meal, watching his favorite sports teams, being involved in numerous organizations, telling a joke or story, and especially his faith and family.
Celebration of Life will be 6 PM Thursday Oct. 11, 2018 at North Cross UMC with a visitation following at 7 PM. Burial will be 10 AM Friday Oct. 12, 2018 at White Chapel Cemetery.
