MR. ROGER EUGENE YARBERRY, a lifelong resident of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away at the age 90 on March 11, 2018 in Cameron, Missouri. He was born September 18, 1927, the only son of the late Helen M. Bastien Chaltas.
