Shirley M. Tinker, 82, of Kansas City, MO passed away May 10, 2015. Services will be 11:00 am Monday, May 18th at White Chapel Funeral Home. Visitation will be an hour prior. Shirley had many hobbies including tennis, swimming, aerobics, team bowling and traveling with her family. She retired from a long career with AT&T to enjoy time with her family and friends. Shirley had many friends, including a special lifelong friendship with JoAnn Justice, and the late Ruby Goff and Margie Tate. She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend. Shirley is preceded in death by her loving husband of 52 ½ years, Howard Tinker. She is survived by daughters, Cindy Tinker Plummer, Paula (Ron) Littrell; grandchildren, Kathryn Plummer, Scott Plummer; and brother, Gordon (Shirley) Kavanaugh.
