Stephen E. Lembke, born on November 20, 1952, passed away February 13, 2019. He is survived by his wife Rita C. Lembke (Ribando); three children Angela, Joe, and Stephen Lembke Jr.; and six grandchildren Caleb, Angel, Rocco, Saylor, Stella and Jack. Stephen is also survived by his sister Patti (Ray) Morgan. Many nieces and nephews.
Steve worked for Mid-West Terminal as a crane operator for 25 years, he was owner-operator of Antoinette’s Bar and Grill for 12 years, and a member of the Kansas City Weasels. He was full of life and always ready for a good time. He loved Sunday dinners with his family, spending time with his grandkids and measuring how much they’ve grown. He loved riding his Harley-Davidson with the Weasels, spending winters in Florida and the summers at the Lake of the Ozarks. Often times, you would find him playing Dominos, listening to oldies music and watching NASCAR on Sundays. Steve enjoyed traveling in his RV and boating in South Florida. He was known to be able to build and fix anything. Lastly, Steve was a strong supporter of the U.S. Military as his father served in the U.S. Marines during WWII and his son Joe who is currently serving in the U.S. Air Force.
He will be missed by many, but loved forever.
