

Victor was born April 1, 1934 in Kansas City, MO to Victor & LaFern Lowe.
He was the oldest of four children, preceded in death by his parents, brother Delmond A Lowe Sr, and his wife, Marilyn Lowe. His two surviving siblings are Keith Lowe and Dena (Alvin) Fry.
Victor married Marilyn Wolverton in January 1960 and they were married for 61 years. They raised four children: Marla Lowe, Terry (Kim) Lowe, David (Rhonda) Lowe, Eric (Sandy) Lowe; all in the Kansas City area. Also survived by six grandchildren, Jarrett Lowe, Thomas (Carter) Lowe, Samantha Lowe, Kristen Lowe, Abigail Lowe, and Joshua (Brianna) Repplinger.
Victor was a graduate of North Kansas City High School 1952. Joined the US Air Force 1954 as a radar technician for Strategic Air Command. He was honorably discharged in 1962.
Victor worked as a Patent Draftsman for Hovey, Williams, et al for over 40 years.
He had many hobbies that he was involved in over the years: longtime member of the Clay County Sportsman’s Club, raising chinchillas, photography & had his own darkroom, woodturning, welding, woodworking, bow-fishing, hunting, camping, field archery, slot car racing, and his ultimate favorite --- FISHING!!!
Many of his favorite memories included the Family camping trips, with leaky tents, whiny kids, water skiing, forgetting the boat plug, constantly repairing the boat, trips to the Springfield Bass Pro, hiking to the latrines, “weighing” the boat and unsnarling the fishing lines.
During his retirement, he and Marilyn enjoyed traveling by RV, cruising, and bus tours all across the country including Alaska, Grand Tetons, Rushmore, Four Corners, and Canada.
