Victoria Elizabeth Moore, "Beth", 68, of Gladstone, MO passed away February 28, 2016. She was born February 2, 1948 in Columbia, MO to James and Elizabeth (Baldwin) Jackson. Beth married Rex and were together for 45 ½ years. They lived in West Germany and Canada and many locations here in the US. She loved gardening and being in nature. Beth was preceded in death by her grandparents, Rev. and Mrs. EA Baldwin; her parents; and brother, Wendell P. Hatch. Survivors include her husband, Rex; her sisters, Judith Sutter of Cottage Hills, IL and Carolyn Westhues; and her brother, Michael Hatch both of St. Charles. The visitation will be from 9-10 AM Saturday, March 5, 2016 at White Chapel Funeral Home. Services will be 10 AM Saturday at the funeral home with burial on Monday, March 7 at 12 PM at Memorial Cemetery in Columbia, MO. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the Salvation Army.
