We are very sorry to learn of Phil's passing. I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with him at the Hartford Civic Center - he was a great guy!
We are away on vacation and will not be able to attend the services but our thoughts and prayers are with the family, especially with Phil's wife and son, Cliff.
