A Committal Service will take place at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6450 West Northern Avenue, Glendale, Arizona, on May 7, 2026, at 2:00 pm, and the final resting place will be Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6450 West Northern Avenue, Glendale.
