

She leaves behind her husband of 63 years, Bill Morgan who she met in High School; her daughters, Jeanne Holleran-Phillips and Susan Morgan and two grandchildren, Emily Holleran and Brady Morgan and her beloved companion dogs, Rocky and Reba.
Born in Washington DC, she arrived in Phoenix in the mid 60's where she went to school, became an accountant and went to work for L.V. Yates (Yates Army/Navy Store) for many years prior to her work with the Inter Tribal Council of AZ and recently honored at their 40th anniversary celebration for the longest years of service (28+ years).
Alice was a true dog person and had great love for all animals. In the late sixties, she started instructing dog obedience at Phoenix College and continued to train every Saturday at P.C. for over 20 years. She started instructing for Phoenix Field and Obedience Club in the early seventies. Active in the Valley of the Sun Weimaraner Club and PFOC; she is best known for her work with Weimaraners and helped train and handle many Weimes to their championships. Her home is filled with trophies, ribbons and awards.
Memorial gifts in memory of Alice may be made to charity that protects/rescues pets, wildlife and endangered animals. Mass intentions will be held at St. Helen's in Glendale, AZ on May 27th at the 4:30 pm service. Her remembrance will be printed in their weekly bulletin which will be available beginning at the May 6th service. Also, a memorial brick will be engraved for her and placed in the garden of St. Helen's Parish.
Mother's words were: "There is nothing so bad, that it can't get worse, so be thankful. We are so blessed."
