Alivia Jude Cisman

Alivia Jude Cisman born August 12, 2014 earned her angel wings on May 18, 2015. She was a bud on earth made to bloom in heaven. She was an angel sent from Heaven for a short time but that time with her was precious. She touched everyone with her overly generous smiles and big heart. Her genetic epilepsy disorder took her from us far too soon. She was in comfort and peace while passing at Ryan House, Hospice of the Valley. She was joined in Heaven with her Grandma Honey, Great grandmas and grandpas, Cousin Zach and Great Aunt and Uncle. Alivia will live on forever in the hearts of her mother, Cheri Cisman, her father, Andrew Young, her sister, Jazmine, and her brother, RJ, her Papa, Randy, her Grandma Nora and Grandpa Ernie. Her Aunts Jodi and Candace, her Uncles Jeremy, Chris, Melvin and Dexter. Her Cousins Rebekah and Jesse cousins LaDexter and Byrce, Her Great Nana and Great Grandmama and many more cousins, great aunts and uncles, extended family members and supportive friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 22, 2015 at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Ave. Glendale, AZ 85301. Viewing begins at 12:30 p.m. with service to follow at 1:30 p.m. We kindly request all attending the funeral to wear something purple or blue to honor Sweet Alivia.
