Alta "Lynn" Smith

Alta “Lynn” Smith (Baxter) (71) of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on December 21, 2018. Lynn was born in Santa Barbara, California on December 25, 1946 to William Baxter and Josephine Revel. Lynn grew up in California and graduated from Arroyo Grande High School. She was married to Dennis G. Smith on May 30, 1970. Lynn loved Jesus and loving people, leading her to a career as a care giver and a dedicated Christian attending Phoenix First Assembly for 30 years and Pure Heart Church for 5 years. Lynn is survived by her children Jared (Kelly) Smith and Jolene (Johnny) Madrid; step children Christopher Smith and Paul (Jody) Smith; grandchildren Johanna, Jodi, Johnny, Madison, and Brooklyn; siblings Terry Walker Alfred Parsons, and Geraldine Paulson.

Services for Lynn will be held on January 7, 2019 at Dream City Church.
