Angel was a distinguished and accomplished man whose life reflected hard work, perseverance, ambition, and an unwavering desire to create something greater for himself and his family. Coming from humble beginnings, he built a remarkable life through determination, discipline, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
While it would be difficult to capture every accomplishment and experience that defined his life, his professional success and the legacy he created stand as a testament to the man he was.
Angel proudly served four years in the United States Air Force as a Radar Specialist, an experience that helped establish the foundation for a lifetime of achievement. He later attended Arizona State University, where he studied business and continued developing the knowledge and drive that would serve him
throughout his professional career.
Angel went on to distinguish himself as a successful businessman and entrepreneur. He became a licensed Real Estate Broker and owned and operated Angel Realty. His accomplishments also extended into the insurance industry, where he became a licensed insurance agent for Allstate and owned his own Allstate
Insurance Agency where he worked for over 30 years. He took great pride in his career with Allstate and was known throughout his life as an achiever and an exceptionally hard worker. His professional accomplishments were especially meaningful considering where his journey began.
Through his own effort and perseverance, Angel created opportunities, established successful businesses, and built a life that afforded him the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the United States and abroad. His success was not defined by any single title or achievement, but by a lifetime of continually striving,
building, and providing for those he loved. Above all, Angel's greatest legacy was his family.
He is survived by his loving wife, Olivia Moreno Vasquez; his children, Joanne Drew (Richard), David, Michael (Michelle), and Robert (Mary); two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Angel was preceded in death by his first wife, Gloria Estrada; his three siblings; and his parents, Angel and Luz Hernandez.
Angel will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He will be remembered as a hardworking, accomplished, and distinguished man whose life was shaped not simply by where he began, but by everything he was able to build, experience, and leave behind for the generations that follow him.
