

84, of Phoenix, AZ entered into rest on September 22, 2012. She was born in Hudson Falls, New York on January 5, 1928. She, her husband and family relocated to Phoenix, Arizona in 1959, where she worked for the City of Phoenix and later in the Insurance industry until retirement. Antoinette (Toni) dedicated her life to her family, faith and church, serving the community through her work with the Salvation Army for over 70 years. She taught Sunday School and mentored young people, and continued her work with the church into retirement. She had a passion for music and involved her children and grandchildren in the church music programs regularly. She is survived by three sons, Edward, Clayton Jr. and Forrest Parker (sp. Angela), and two daughters, Ann Girard (sp. David) and Gloria Knox, sixteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Clayton Sr., two sons, Gordon Parker and Charles Parker, and two grandsons, Randy and Steven Parker. Viewing is Wednesday Sept. 26th at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Ave, Glendale, AZ from 5pm to 8pm. Services to be held at 2pm Thursday, Sept. 27 at The Salvation Army Phoenix Citadel Corps, 628 N 3rd Ave , Phoenix, AZ.
